What do you do when you are troubled and overwhelmed by the cares of this life? The answers are varied because people choose a variety of ways to respond to the cares of this life. You might wonder what I do. Well, sometimes I go straight to the word of God; other times, I cry, then I go to the word of God. I have found power in the promises of God. What do you do when life is challenging?
Isaiah 41:10 NLT
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
Isaiah 43:2 NLT
When you go through deep waters,
I will be with you.
When you go through rivers of difficulty,
you will not drown.
When you walk through the fire of oppression,
you will not be burned up;
the flames will not consume you.
Romans 8:28 AMP
And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.
Deuteronomy 31:8 AMP
It is the Lord who goes before you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or abandon you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

And we know that God causes everything to work together[a] for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
