The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship. Day after day they continue to speak; night after night they make him known. Psalm 19:1-2 NLT
There is nothing more beautiful than looking at the sky at sunset. There are so many colors in the sky. I believe David was sitting and looking at the sky when he wrote these words. The scientists explore and research, yet there is still so much that they don’t know about the universe. There is such order in nature that it’s impossible to believe that everything in nature happened by chance.
Nature by its existence points to the creator. David said that the heavens proclaim the glory of the Lord. In other words, when you take a good look at the heavens, you can’t help but praise God. Psalm 8:3 says, “When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers— the moon and the stars you set in place.” You can’t miss the glory on display because the heavens never get tired. They continue to speak day after day. Hebrews 11:3 says, “By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.” So let those who say there is no God, look into the sky because the heavens declare His glory.
Thought for Today: Nature points to the wondrous work of God.
Have a blessed day and walk in faith and victory.
