Power of God’s Word

Every inventor or creator makes claims about the purpose of their creation or invention. The ability of the item to live up to those claims is the difference between success and failure. The word of God stood the test of time; David said, “How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping watch [on himself] according to Your word [conforming his life to Your precepts].”  (Psalm 119:9 AMP) There is power in God’s word.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 NLT

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.

Isaiah 55:11 NLT

It is the same with my word.
I send it out, and it always produces fruit.
It will accomplish all I want it to,
and it will prosper everywhere I send it.

Hebrews 4:12 NLT

For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.

Psalm 119:105 NLT

Your word is a lamp to guide my feet
and a light for my path.

Isaiah 40:8 NLT

The grass withers and the flowers fade,
but the word of our God stands forever.”

Have a blessed day and walk in faith and victory.
