Who could ever wrap their minds around the riches of God, the depth of his wisdom, and the marvel of his perfect knowledge? Who could ever explain the wonder of his decisions or search out the mysterious way he carries out his plans? Romans 11:33 TPT
Many young people believe that they know it all! Some of them look at their parents and grandparents and wonder what they know. They look at them trying to navigate the simplest cell phone and they are having a difficult time. Then they look at their two year old child navigating an ipad and they think that these people don’t know anything.
While it’s true that many parents and grandparents have difficulty with technology, some of them don’t. Now you know how to navigate all these devices but there is more to life than navigating these things. The heart surgeon my not be able to do all the things you can with those devices but you cannot perform heart surgery. Sometimes, man looks at God and wonders about him. They learn about His creation and think that they know everything. They can learn about trees but cannot create a tree from nothing. They can take a shoot from one tree and graft it into another but that is as far as they can go.
When you want to talk about wisdom, you have to think about God. He created the heavens and the earth by speaking it into existence. The Bible tells us that God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God saw that the light was good. Then he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.” And evening passed and morning came, marking the first day.” Genesis 1:3-5 NLT. God by his wisdom created the world and everything in it.
So we stand in awe of His creation and wonder. Jeremiah 10:7 says, “Who would not fear you, O King of nations? That title belongs to you alone! Among all the wise people of the earth and in all the kingdoms of the world, there is no one like you.” Like young people, man likes to think that they know it all but listen to Jeremiah 5:22 NLT “Have you no respect for me? Why don’t you tremble in my presence? I, the Lord, define the ocean’s sandy shoreline as an everlasting boundary that the waters cannot cross. The waves may toss and roar, but they can never pass the boundaries I set.” God in His wisdom created the heavens and the earth; He is the only wise God.
Thought for Today: Friend, creation speaks of the wisdom of God.
Have a blessed day and walk in faith and victory.
Wisdom built a nation.
