Our Actions Identify Our Passion

The dictionary describes passion as a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something. Passion is the reason we do what we do and even the way we do it. Successful athletes have passion, so they put in many hours perfecting their craft. The work of the kingdom demands passion; a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. God demonstrated His passion when He sent his son to die for the sins of the world. WE need to be passionate about His work.

John 3:16 TPT

For here is the way God loved the world—he gave his only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life.

Colossians 3:23 TPT

Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you are doing it for the Lord himself and not merely for others.

Psalm 84:2 TPT

Deep within me are these lovesick longings, desires, and daydreams of living in union with you. When I’m near you, my heart and my soul will sing and worship with my joyful songs of you, my true source and spring of life!

1 Corinthians 10:31 TPT

Whether you eat or drink, live your life in a way that glorifies and honors God.

Ephesians 2:10 TPT

We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it!
